Redesigning the service and platform of Milan's municipality platform for citizens
Concept
Milano Partecipa is an institutional platform created by the Milan municipality to foster community engagement and information sharing. During the Digital Design Studio of my Master’s program, my team focused on analyzing and redesigning the existing service to create a more effective and user-friendly experience for the citizens of Milan.
Our project aimed to restructure the platform, enhancing its functionality to better serve the community. By introducing new features, we sought to foster greater interaction between city residents and the municipality, making the platform more inclusive and engaging for local communities.
